IT WAS A COLD and rainy Saturday afternoon in early january, 2004. The two guys were hung over.
Last nights party was hard. Too much to drink. Memorylapses. Far too late in bed. But this afternoon magic would appear. They didn´t even have a clue.

The two guys sat in front of a computer, or a laptop actually, and a bunch of synthesizers.
The had been talking about this for years. The idea first came up in Leipzig 2001 during a party. This was actually their first time together on stage - Cat Rapes Dog - Leipzig - Werk II - Wave Gotik Treffen.

But the idea didn´t happen. Not until last year (that is 2003...) during the annual MalmöFestivalen . They began to talk about the idea again. The idea of a band.
A band with no demands and expectations.
No influences nor leverage. It took a couple of month to bring the idea into action. But then, this particular Saturday in January, it happened. They hooked up and wrote a bassline together. And then a drumtrack. And on and on and on. By the end of the day the hangover was gone and the song Plastic World saw the light of day. Magic was upon them...

The two guys, John Lindqwister and Joel Lindqvist, have been into music for a long while. In different bands. Some of John´s old bands are Cat Rapes Dog, Lisa Gives Head and Headtrip. Joel used to be a member of Hype and Red Light Distrikt.
John has always been the designated singer of his bands. Joel has always been more into synthesizers and the hi-tech part of the music.
J & J share political thoughts and taste in music, beer and food (vegetarian). This gives their lyrics a political and raw angle of approach. A bit punk-ish. They call their music electro rock n´roll and it sure is.
